If something breaks that shouldn't have, the manufacturer's warranty is often there to help. Most suppliers offer a one year warranty covering manufacturing defects, and some brands or specific products have an extended warranty available (make sure to sign up for these within 30 days of purchase).  

So, if you've bought an item from us that you think has a manufacturing issue within a year of normal use, there's a good chance you're covered.
