Axis Pump Foil/Dock Start set complete
From £1,430.00
Axis Pump foil/Dock start set complete with board
Dock starting is probably the most social discipline as there is generally better weather and you get the chance to be hanging out with a bunch of friends. It is easy to chat and share tips. A great way to spend a sunny day whilst improving your foil skills at the same time.
In terms of the board, you are looking for a small stiff board. This setup offers the choice of a 1150 or 1310 setup with no board, (in case you already have a small board from say kitefoiling) or complete with the Axis Pump board. Basically, the smaller the board, the less the swing weight and the lighter they are to release off of the water every few seconds while you’re learning.
Please let us know if you’d like the 30 or 37 litre board when placing your order. The 1150 setup complete with the Pump board will usually ship with the 30 litre board and the 1310 setup with the 37 litre board. (We can also offer the bigger 44 litre board)
Foil Set: Complete with front wing, fuselage, rear stabiliser, base plate and doodad with full bolt set. The baseplate allows fitment to your board with a US Twin Track system and the Doodad allows fitment of the mast to the fuselage.
Front Wing: The best front wings for dock starting and pump foiling are the Axis Pump n Glide. Pump Foiling /Dock starts are what the PNG range of wings was designed for.
The 1150 PNG has gained a reputation world wide over the last couple of years as the ultimate pump foil front wing (as well as light wind winging).
For lighter riders/beginners (as a guide, toughly up to 75Kg’s) we suggest the 1150 PNG.
For bigger learners, (as well as more experienced pump foilers wanting even more glide), (as a guide, over 80 Kg’s) we suggest the 1310 PNG.
So when choosing the 1150 PNG.or the 1310 PNG both will come with the Pump 460 rear stabiliser.
This setup comes with a regular Axis Red Short fuselage and complete with a 75cm (19mm profile) Aluminium Mast, baseplate, doodad and Stainless Steel bolt set with Allen keys.
If you would like to get some advice from us on which set-up to opt for or to chat through any variations then please do give us a call on 07542 835125 and we hope you get out there and enjoy this great discipline.

Axis Pump foil/Dock start set complete with board
Dock starting is probably the most social discipline as there is and you get the chance of hanging out with a bunch of friends. It is easy to chat and share tips. It’s a great way to spend a sunny day whilst you can improve your foil skills at the same time.
Board: The Axis Pump.
The main thing you are looking for is something light and sturdy. The Axis Pump would also be a great option as a crossover prone and dockstart board plus the Axis Pump can be used as KiteFoil boards. See the Board Tech Specs Tab.
The recommended rear stabiliser is the Pump 460. This stabiliser has a wide span which gives plenty of lift to aid with pitch control but is also fast to ride which will reduce drag. This makes the most of any glide.
So when choosing the 1150 PNG.or the 1310 PNG both will come with the Pump 460 rear stabiliser.
This setup comes with a regular Axis Red Short fuselage.
The set comes complete with a 75cm (19mm profile) Aluminium Mast which is the most cost effective way to get into Pump Foiling.
If you would like to get some advice from us on which set-up to opt for or any variations on this package at all then please do give us a call on 07542 835125 and we hope you get out there and enjoy this great discipline.
