Reedins quest for perfection didn’t end with the design of the DreamStick X, further dreaming and engineering has pushed Reedin to design the new DREAMStick X to create yet again what we believe is the best kite bar control system ever.

The DREAMStick X features an all new Monobloc depower built with double cavities as a sleeve for the flagout line and depower trimline providing the best auto-swivel solution possible while still ensuring the freedom of movement to let you steer and depower at the same time. Intensively tested for over a year on multiple continents and weather conditions, the new Monobloc depower system proved itself to be extremely durable.

The DREAMStick X comes with all the great features that Reedin have on the DREAMStick a reference on the market, like the Reedin Quick Release System that simply clicks for reload, the skinny (21mm) diameter bar with offset finger ergonomics, the super light bar length adjustment system allowing you to quickly change your bar length from 43 cm to 49 cm while ensuring that the bar has minimal inertia when you spin it, and exclusive to Reedin, “Cousin MEL” flying lines pre-stretched using a technique that is unique to Reedin and mounted using unique locked splices that have virtually no stretch, while being easy to unfold and untangle.

DreamStick-X – Key Features.
Unique features that make a difference.

Monobloc Depower
Built with double cavities – for flagging line & depower rope – provides the best auto-swivelling solution possible while ensuring the freedom of movement to let you steer and depower at the same time. This also provides seamless sliding of the flagging line. Intensively tested for over a year on multiple continents and weather patterns, the new Monobloc depower is extremely durable.

Foldable Lines
The unique design of the bar allows you to fold your flying lines in order to reduced their length to half length (12m), while still allowing your flagging line to stay fully functional. This feature will allow you to choose your line length between 24m, 22m, 13, 12m and 11

Streamlined Y-stopper
Micro weightless loop-to-loop connection in your front line will prevent the front Y part to slide too far up to ensure that you bar stays close to you when releasing your chicken loop and hold the kite by the flagging line.

Seatbelt Click-in Quick Release
Simple Click-in with minimal moving parts made of only proven and light parts for a Quick Release that you can trust over time. The Reedin system is designed to be as light as possible thanks to the main load going directly through the CNC core ensuring superior load resistance. We believe that brilliant design is in the art of making simple and functional parts. The Reedin chicken loop is the essence of this philosophy. Simpler means more reliable for you.

Skinny Diameter
Skinnier diameter bar means better handling. You won’t ever want to ride a bigger diameter bar again after you try it. The Reedin bar grip is made with an offset finger ergonomic shape that not only offers better control but will also make you feel instantly if you grab you bar the wrong way around by mistake.

Adjustable Bar Width
The bar length adjustment system allows you to quickly change your bar length from 43 to 49cm. The bar is purposefully designed to be as light as possible so the the bar has minimal inertia when you spin it. When pulling the adjuster out, you’ll also be able to access the leader line trim knots to modify back line length.

Cousin MEL Flying Lines
MEL flying lines are carefully made in France and plasticised with Reedins unique technology to create virtually no stretch, so your kite will always stay perfectly trimmed over time.The lines are mounted using Reedins unique stitchless locked spliced line technique making them stronger and easy to untangle.

Aviation Grade Aluminum
The Reedin bar is made out of the highest grade of Airframe aluminium available with the centre piece receiving a hardening anodising treatment process for even greater strength.

UK Mainland delivery :

Orders under £85:

Orders for Surfboards, large Foil Boards and large Twin Tips: £24.95

Delivery times are based on standard working days being Monday to Friday, no Saturday deliveries, excluding public holidays.

Orders for Next Day delivery must be placed by 1pm, but please call if it is after this time as we may be able to put Next Day orders through till 3.30pm. Next working day delivery ONLY applies for Mainland UK.

Additional costs for larger items and next day services may apply for locations such as Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man, please contact us if you need to clarify this?

Upon receipt please you are required to check all items to ensure nothing has been damaged in transit before signing for them. If any damage is visible, please ensure you sign as “Damaged” and you are with your rights to refuse to accept delivery and ask the courier to return them to the sender. It is your obligation to inspect and confirm that the goods are in perfect condition before signing.

Orders to the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey

For customers placing orders with The Watersports Centre from Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man – It is highly important (and we recommend that you check your national import policy) that you understand and budget for any import taxes that you may have to pay.  The Watersports Centre is not responsible for any such charges and if they become due you should be contacted by your customs office. 

Unfortunately, if The Watersports Centre sends an item out and it is then rejected by the customer due to these import charges you will receive a full refund for the item when it is returned to The Watersports Centre less the total shipping and returns costs. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions on this subject.

Please be aware that customs are presently experiencing delays in some European destinations such as Spain, Italy and Germany. Please be patient. The issue arises with customs processing. Cancelations while orders are held are not possible as at that stage we cannot recall the shipments. Once delivered, orders can be returned as normal subject to our usual terms and conditions.

Please note that customers ordering with The Watersports Centre from outside the UK that the UK have now left the European Union and that on orders leaving the UK, no UK VAT will  be charged and as a result the price you see and pay will exclude UK VAT. Important: please be aware that you may be liable for import VAT when you receive the item in your destination, this is likely to be different for different locations and as a guide the UK VAT rate is presently 20% but the sum you may be charged may be between 20% to 27% of the order cost. It is essential that you understand and budget for any import taxes that you may have to pay.  The Watersports Centre is not responsible for any such charges and if they charges are due you should be contacted by your countries Customs office.

We have no control over these costs/duties/tariffs and you will need to research these costs on your government website and take them into account when placing the order as the courier will not deliver your order until these are paid. 

When the courier is ready to deliver, they will get in contact with you for payment, if you then decide that these fees are too much you are well within your right to refuse delivery but these fees do not go away. Your item will then be returned to us, and we will have to pay the fees as well as return shipping costs, extra customs fees (for coming back into the U.K.) and admin fees. Once these fees are paid we will refund your order minus these extra costs. We will not know the exact amount we will be refunding until we have paid all fees and have the order back with us.

Exchange rates vary constantly therefore The Watersports Centre cannot guarantee the price of an item in any other currency except GB Sterling. The payment taken from your account will be GB Sterling so you will have to check how your bank will process the payment and what charges they may impose.

Our Courier companies will also require proof of ID when shipping to Norway and Switzerland and will ask to see a passport or driving licence before we will be able to ship any items. Customers from Norway and Switzerland will be contacted after placing an order.

Please note we cannot accept any orders to be shipped into the EU under the total product order value of £150, any orders placed under £150 (excluding delivery costs) to be delivered into the EU will be rejected.

In exceptional circumstances we may have to contact you if a destination evokes additional charges.​

If for any reason you would like to return your item(s), then please be aware that we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return such goods to us and they must be in their original condition (with packaging and tags intact). You’ll also need to provide us with the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will either exchange the item, issue a full refund or a credit note on the site. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Please note that if goods are not returned in the condition in which you received them we reserve the right to refuse such returns.
If you would like to exchange or return your item or have a warranty query please follow the link below and submit as much information as you can so that we can process your request as swiftly as possible.

For any wetsuit warranty you must send the suit clean and dry as we will not be able to process a wet/dirty suit! 

Any item returned to us is at your own risk and cost. Please note that we will not be liable for any loss or damage to any returned items in transit and products remain your responsibility and property until we receive them. If returned items are lost or damaged in transit, we will have to charge you (or not to refund any amounts that may have been payable) for such loss or damage. We recommend that you use a recorded / tracked service and ensure that the item is/items are suitably insured to their replacement value.

You must send any item(s) you intend to return in the original packaging. Once your return has been delivered to us, please allow up to 5 days for your order to be refunded or exchanged. Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed by your payment provider.

Please bear in mind items that are “not wanted” or ordered in error (i.e. wrong size/colour) will be not be refunded for the postage costs that have been charged. Where free delivery was provided on orders over £65 including Surfboards, large foil boards and large twin tips and large box deliveries the P&P costs incurred will not be refunded.

PLEASE NOTE:  We can only generally accept courier and postal deliveries to our registered office or warehouse. Please contact us for the appropriate address.
